My practice in Exeter offers a warm, neuro-affirmative sanctuary—a place where you can step away from the pressure to "fit in" and instead focus on what it means to feel truly safe and supported. Whether you are an adult navigating the heavy clouds of low mood and anxiety, or a parent searching for answers to your child’s sensory meltdowns and school-refusal, my door is open. We move away from the exhausting cycle of "fixing" behaviours and instead prioritise felt safety. In our sessions, your unique wiring is never seen as a problem to be solved, but as the essential blueprint for building a life of sustainable, compassionate regulation. Invested in Accessibility I believe that high-quality, neuro-affirming support should be available to those who need it, regardless of their current financial circumstances. To support this, I offer a sliding scale fee structure. Standard Rate: This is my professional fee, which allows me to sustain my practice and continue my specialist training. Supported Rate: A reduced fee reserved for students, low-income households, or families currently struggling with the additional costs of the SEND system. If you feel you fall into the supported category, please mention this in your initial enquiry. I hold a set number of these slots to ensure my practice remains inclusive.
