About Me.
My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. With a foundation in Integrative Counselling and a deep specialization in neurodivergence, I provide a neuro-affirmative environment where Autistic and ADHD clients can feel safe and authentic.
I understand the specific nuances of 'masking,' sensory processing, and the intersection of neurodivergence and trauma. Whether we are using EMDR for trauma recovery or creative play in my work with children and young people, my approach is always tailored to your specific nervous system. My goal is to help you move from a place of 'fitting in' to a place of thriving as your authentic self."

The Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People (CYP) is a specialist post-qualifying qualification designed for counsellors who want to adapt their adult-based training to the specific developmental and legal needs of clients aged 11–18.
Focusing on the 7 eyed mode, clinical supervision training is a specialist professional development pathway for experienced practitioners (usually 3+ years post-qualification) to move from clinical delivery to professional oversight. It shifts the focus from the client's journey to the practitioner’s journey.
